Product Activation Key For Assassins Creed Brotherhood Flag
I've just purchased Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag and was about to login when I was asked to enter an Activation Code. I don't have an activation code, so I proceeded to login to Steam in order to find a solution. They had a list of games that could be downloaded and registered via Steam and emphasized that no other games but those on the olist could get resistered that eway.
Buy Assassin's Creed Brotherhood CD KEY. You will only receive a unique CD KEY code after purchase that needs activation. Assassins Creed IV Black Flag CD KEY.
Well guess what, Black Flag is not on the list (here:. So I tried to contact Steam but was send on a circle ending up on the same page every time - a page where I was prompted to chose my problem from three drop down menus as the 1st Step, only no more steps followed (here:. I also came upon a guide on how you can find the 'CD key' through your game library. Th method includes choosing Activate a product on Steam (here:, but this option on my game drop down menu requires you to have a CD/DVD with a code you can enter, and I obviously don't have that.
So now I'm sitting with a game I can't login to and I also can't get in contact with anybody about the problem - except maybe here, if a Steam staff member sees this post and find it in their heart to respond. Atlantic theme party. If nybody else have any knowledge about this kind of problem I'll be happy to hear from you too. Thank you in advance. (.And to think I'd promised myself to not buy another Ubisoft product. Originally posted by:The game is listed on the page alright, but there is no activation code I can use.
I'll try rightclicking as you mention. It would be awesome if the activation key turns up there. You mean rightclick the game on my library list,? Well, I can try them all. Thank you for the suggestion, it's a good idea.
I'll report back how it works out. Yes, I mean on the Steam library, the game has to be installed (or in the process of being installed) for the button to be there. Here's an www.dropbox.com; ignore the custom Steam skin I use. Hm, I can't make it sart.
It just loads for a few seconds and then stops. I've tried loading from the library and from the desktop, but it makes no difference. Also, now it doesn't ask me for the Activation Code anymore. Since I found it by right clicking, it's on the application automatically as with all my games (there's an option to make it not show, but I've always prefered that it does show just in case I need it some day). I tried logging in with another game, another Ubisoft game, AC: Brotherhood, and that went normally.
But Black Flag still won't load. Originally posted by:Hm, I can't make it sart. It just loads for a few seconds and then stops.

But Black Flag still won't load. The CD-key can always be found from the place you found it in the first place. Redeemed or not; that button will always exist. (It's invisible only when the game is uninstalled; but becomes visible again in the installation process / when it's installed.). Try to Verify the Game's Cache. Right mouse click Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag - Properties - Local Files -.
Do you have BitGuard? Try disabling it. Originally posted by:. Do you have BitGuard?
Assassin's Creed Revelations
Try disabling it. /quote To my knowledge I don't have BitGuard. But I have a BuildID number. It's listed under LOCAL FILES below the four options of which the last is Verify Integrity of Game Chache (which I did).
I've tried doing some research about BitGuard, but so far there's nothing helpful. It does have another name as well, though: BProtector, Application Manager, and Browser Protector. But after looking around and checking the rograms I can delete, it seems I don't have BitGuard. From the description of it's behavior it also seems I probably don't have it. I downloaded the file, opened it and let it run, it downloaded and installed Bing Bar, but not DirectX. When it was done, it told me a newer, more updated version of DirectX was already installed on my computer (which is totally possible since I also bought Bathman: Arkham City yesterday and DirectX was downloaded when the game was installed. (I've often wondered why it's necessary to download DirectX everytime you install something, no matter if what you install is newer or older or is the exact same kind of program i.e.
Completely different; DirectX always needs to be installed; also if your browser updates itself, that needs another DirectX installation too.). About Visual C Reditributables. I have no less than 11 of those: 2005 Redistributable 2005 Redistributable 2005 Redistributable (x64) 2008 Redistributable - x64 9.0.3.
2008 Redistributable - x64 9.0.3. 2008 Redistributable - x86 9.0.2.
2008 Redistributable - x86 9.0.3. 2008 Redistributable - x86 9.0.3. 2008 Redistributable - x86 9.0.3. 2010 x64 Redistributable - 10.0. 2010 x86 Redistributable - 10.0.
As you can see, the last two are 'Redistributable 10's, but only one is x64 (the other is x86). This has led me to conclude I probably won't need to download anymore of those - though there are a couple of duplicates, so I may be wrong. If nothing else helps, I'll return and try to download this one. I tried to update my driver, but as expected it was already up to date (I expected this because it's set to uto-update whenever there is an update available; likewise, whenever I install a game or propgram that depends on drivers, the program searches for the newest updates as well as possible new drivers that may be better or as good as the one I already have).
Finally there's AMD/ATI. I don't have either of those on my PC, but ran an test by the trademarked 'AMD Catalyst Autodetect', which could tell me that my graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660, my processor is an 'Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3220 C.' , and finally that my Operating System is. Non existsent according to their program. Good thing that I already know what it is, then: A simple, but well functioning Windows 8. Right off the bat now it seems to me there's only one thing I haven't tried (that is, nothing that I know of), and it may be time I simply find a link that'll allow me to get int touch with Ubisoft support.
So long, Teutep, I'll be back before you know it and tell you how wonderfully well everything has worked out. Yeah, for I'm not going to give up before I find a way! Well, me neither, so see you soon - and thanks for your support. It helps when someone bothers to spend a little time writing some suggestions. It really does, and I appreciate it. As always, if somebody sees this and know of a way I can fix whatever got broken or just is inccomplete, I'll be very glad to hear from you.
